This is in addition to a 10-year Home Buyers structural warranty. We have teamed up with our home suppliers to provide you with service after the sale if needed. Our partners have a service crews that works with Virginia Building Solutions to provide professional service.

Additionally, there are individual product warranties for the brand name products and materials in your home. Such materials include shingles, siding and appliances typically all have individual warranties.
