The Construction Manager will do a final walk through with you after the final building inspections are approved by the County Building Official. At this time you will be presented with a certificate of occupancy so that when all financials requirements are met you can move into your new home. This process timeline can vary depending on county backlogs and lender scheduling, VBS will do everything possible to expedite the process for your new home to be move-in ready!
